Personal Triathlon Coaching Programs:
How personal coaching service works:
Initial Consultation: This involves the athlete completing a questionnaire so we can better understand the athletes training history, work and family commitments, injuries, equipment, access to training facilities and other important information. In order to get the most out of your training program, one must be completely honest with yourself and your coach during the consultation process. The coach will be working closely with you throughout the whole process to answer any questions or concerns that arise.
Telephone/Skype Consultation: This consultation may also be done in person should the athlete live locally. Following completion of the initial consultation the coach and athlete will discuss the information gathered and plan the months ahead. All of the information gathered during the consultations will be used by the coach when creating the periodized training program.
Periodized Training Program: Based on the information gathered from the questionnaire and telephone consultation the coach will create a personalized training program for the athlete. This program is built for an entire race season or a specific race.
The athlete will receive their program in 4 week training blocks. The blocks will consist of detailed daily workouts; including the intensity and duration for each workout. The workout details will vary from athlete to athlete depending on their mode of tracking intensity (power, heart rate, RPE) and duration (time or distance). We will use what works best for you.
Ongoing Adjustments: Communication between the athlete and coach is a priority to the success of the program. All athletes have unlimited access to their coach through email and are allotted a number of phone conversations as well. Programs are adjusted based on the athlete’s progression. This is not included in the Triathlon Training Team option.
Recording Workouts: All workouts are logged into a specific web based training software. This allows the athlete and their coach to monitor and adjust the program as necessary

1-3 Month Commitment
Triathlon & Multi-Sports Plans: $225/per month
Single Sport Plans: $175/per month
4-7 Month Commitment
Triathlon & Multi-Sports Plans: $215/per month
Single Sport Plans: $165/per month
8-11 Month Commitment
Triathlon & Multi-Sports Plans: $205/per month
Single Sport Plans: $155/per month
12+ Month Commitment
Triathlon & Multi-Sports Plans: $195/per month
Single Sport Plans: $145/per month
